  Daughter files wrongful death suit against Berkeley Nursing and Rehab

  CHICAGO — A Cook County woman is suing Berkeley Nursing and Rehab Center and two other entities over injuries her 73-year-old mother allegedly suffered while she resided at the facility, which the suit says contributed to her death.
