Pepsi Bottling in Lincolnshire targeted for subpoena in Connecticut case

Local depositions are being sought in a Connecticut lawsuit filed by Eric Stradinger against the Griffin Hospital in Connecticut.

The case is ongoing in Waterbury Superior Court, and the hospital's attorneys are petitioning the court to issue subpoenas making the custodian of records for Pepsi Bottling Co., 4 Overlook Point, P.O. Box 1553, Lincolnshire, to produce certain documents at 10 a.m. July 30, 2015, at 333 S. Wabash Ave., 25th Floor, Chicago.

"This witness has knowledge of relevant and important information and documents concerning the facts at issue..." the lawsuit states, "and cannot be compelled to testify without the issuance of an Illinois subpoena."

This is a petition by the defendant in the case, who is represented by David A. Sorensen of the Law Offices of Edward J. Kozel in Chicago.
