A man is suing a Wisconsin property owner after he slipped and fell on ice and snow while walking down the steps of the residence.

Zbigniew Granat filed a lawsuit Oct. 25 in Cook County Circuit Court against Tadeusz and Anna Kowalcyk, citing premises liability.
