Rosemont Target blamed for customer's injury

Mcnamara

A Cook County man is suing over claims he sustained injuries as a result of an unsafe walkway in a Rosemont store.

Noeh Gomez filed a lawsuit on Jan. 16 in the Cook County District Court against Target Corp., citing negligence.

Gomez claims he suffered injuries on Dec. 12, 2012, when he slipped and fell down in a grocery store aisle at Target at 7000 Manheim Road in Rosemont. According to the suit, there was an unnatural build up of liquid on the ground that caused Gomez to slip.

Gomez is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limit and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Kevin J. McNamara Law Offices P.C. of Chicago.
