A man is suing over claims an emergency room failed to properly treat his condition.

Perry A. Wilson filed a medical malpractice lawsuit Jan. 27 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Michael O'Mara, Evergreen Emergency Services Ltd. and Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers.

Wilson is seeking damages in excess of jurisdictional limits, plus costs, and is being represented in the case by attorney Alan H. Bender of Goldstein, Bender & Romanoff.
