Park Packing Company sued after woman is injured on premises

A woman is suing over claims she was injured on the wet floor of the Park Packing Company.

Marilyn Mullens filed a lawsuit Feb. 14 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Park Packing Company, citing premises liability.

According to the complaint, on June 27, Mullens was on the Park Packing premises on West 41st Street in Chicago when she slipped on a wet patch on the floor and was injured. The defendant is accused of failing to provide a safe premises for customers.

Mullens is seeking more than $30,000 in damages. She is being represented in the case by attorney Michael F. Conway of Conway Law Office, P.C.
