A man is suing over claims he was injured while at a Chicago area club.
Anthony Rosa filed a lawsuit Feb. 18 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Forest Glen Club Inc., Stan Gurka, Veterans of the Earth Society Inc., Veterans of the Earth Inc., Alejandro Gomez, all individually and doing business as Forest Glen Club, and George Vitzileos, citing negligence, battery and the state's Dram Shop Act.
According to the complaint, Rosa was at the Forest Glen Club at 3456 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago on Feb. 18, 2013, when Vitzileos struck and kicked Rosa.
Rosa is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum and is being represented in the case by Randall W. Schwartz of The Schwartz Firm.
