A Chicago resident is suing a laundromat over claims she was injured after tripping over a missing cement tile.

Darlene Bell filed a lawsuit March 14 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Sudz Laundry citing negligence. The suit also lists Novogroder Mel FD 6423 as a defendant.

The complaint states Bell was walking back into the defendant's premises at 1425 W. Morse Ave. in Chicago on March 15, 2012, when she tripped and fell on a missing cement tile on the floor.

She claims the defendants acted negligently, which caused her injury.
