A laboratory is suing a hospital association, alleging it hasn't paid its bills.

Laboratory Corporation of America, formerly known as National Health Laboratories Inc., filed suit Feb. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against Roseland Community Hospital Association over claims it hasn't paid for services rendered.

The suit states the lab provides routine medical laboratory services to the hospital and the hospital still owes it $128,530.10 for those services.

The plaintiff is seeking $128,530.10, plus court costs, and is being represented by Scott G. Richmond of Ariano Hardy Ritt Nyuli Richmond Lytle & Goettel P.C.
