Laura N. Juliano filed a lawsuit May 20 in the Cook County Circuit Court against the City of Berwyn, claiming she sustained severe and permanent injuries on March 1 after falling over a defect on a sidewalk.
Juliano is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus court costs, and is being represented by John C. Wunsch of the Law Offices of John C. Wunsch PC.
