A man is suing over claims the secretary of his Hillside glass making business took company funds and equipment for his own use.

Michael J. Zuba filed a lawsuit July 14 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Mark Bredahl, alleging conversion.

According to the complaint, Zuba and Bredahl formed a glass making company called Arc Commercial Glazing Ltd. in 2005, and opened it in Hillside in 2010. Zuba served as the owner and president, and Bredahl was the secretary, the suit states.

Zuba claims Bredahl intentionally converted company funds, materials and vehicles, among other things, for his own personal use or for the use of another company.

Zuba is seeking damages, an accounting from Bredahl and the return of the company vehicle Bredahl has in his possession. He is being represented in the case by attorney Randall A. Wolff of Randall A. Wolff & Associates Ltd. in Arlington Heights.
