A man is suing over claims he was injured on the staircase of a Cook County residence.
Galen Caldwell filed suit July 28 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Mary Daniels.
According to the complaint, Caldwell was on Daniels' premises on Hamilton Avenue on July 30, 2012, when he tripped on a staircase he alleges was in disrepair and sustained injuries.
Caldwell is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented by attorneys Antonio M. Romanucci and Angela P. Kurtz of Romanucci & Blandin LLC in Chicago.
