A woman is suing over claims she was injured at a greenhouse store.
Zofia Rafacz filed a premises liability lawsuit Oct. 7 in Cook County Circuit Court against Bella Flowers & Greenhouse Inc.
According to the complaint, Rafacz was at Bella Flowers and Greenhouse's premises on South Roberts Road in Bridgeview to buy flowers on May 25, when she was injured due to an unsecured and unstable display table.
Rafacz is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is represented by Chicago attorneys Nicholas J. Faklis of Faklis & Tallis, and Iwona Pankowska of Iwona Pankowska and Associates.
