The owner of a Tinley Park pizza restaurant is facing a lawsuit from a customer who claims she fell in the parking lot.

Gisele Harris filed a premises liability lawsuit Dec. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against Aurelio’s Pizza Inc., also known as Aurelio’s of Tinley Park.

According to the complaint, Harris ate at Aurelio's on Nov. 19, 2013 and when she walking through the parking lot, she tripped and fell over a hole on the premises, causing injuries.

Harris claims the defendant knew or should have known about the hole, failed to fix the dangerous condition or post warnings in order to provide a safe environment for customers.

Harris seeks more than $50,000 and is represented by the Law Office of Andrew S. Kryder in Chicago.
