A Justice man is suing his landlords over injuries that he sustained after falling on a common stairwell at his apartment building at 8130 Thomas St. on Aug. 8, 2014.
According to a lawsuit filed March 17 in Cook County Circuit Court, Garry Stein is suing landlords Dujo and Maryann Susnjara for injuries he suffered in the fall, which was allegedly caused by inadequate lighting.
Stein seeks damages in excess of $50,000.
Stein is represented by Michael Silverman of Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates Ltd. of Chicago.
