A Cook County woman is suing a construction company, alleging breach of contract.

Anna Neyman filed a lawsuit filed March 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Constanza Construction Inc., of Hampshire.

According to the complaint, on April 10, 2014 Nayman contracted with Costanza Construction to perform renovations on her home in Northbrook. In exchange for $72,250, the suit says, Costanza was to provide Nayman with new walls, floors, trim, bathtubs, closes and paint job to be finished by June 1, 2014.

The complaint says, "Instead of a high-quality remodel of the property ... the majority of the home looks unfinished, ruined and incomplete. The deficiencies are extensive and not merely cosmetic."

Nayman seeks damages of more than $250,000, plus costs. She is represented by attorneys Alex Pirogovsky and Aleksandar Pipovic, of Pirogovsky Law, of Northbrook.

Cook County Circuit Court, case number: 15-L-2780.
