A Florida company with offices in Chicago has sued for dining rewards it alleges haven't been paid.
Rewards Network and Establishment Services Inc. filed suit May 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against Palm Beach Brewery Associates Ltd., doing business as Brewzzi in Boca Raton, Fla., and Morris L. Stoltz.
The lawsuit states Rewards Network is trying to recover funds promised by defendants in breached personal guaranty agreements when it failed to pay RN's Dining Credits Program rewards.
Rewards Network seeks damages allegedly owed, $145,906.06, plus costs. It is represented by attorneys Timothy L. Binetti, Brittany E. Kirk and Nicole H. Daniel, of Dinsmore and Strohl, in Chicago.
