A contestant on a VH1 reality show is suing rapper “The Game” for $10 million, alleging he sexually assaulted her at a sports bar in suburban Markham in May.

On Wednesday, Aug. 5, model Priscilla Rainey, of Palm Beach County, Fla., filed suit in federal court in Chicago against Jayceon Terrell Taylor, who goes by the professional moniker “The Game.”

According to the complaint, Rainey had been cast in February as a contestant on the reality television program, “She’s Got Game,” which is scheduled to begin airing Aug. 10 on VH1. The Game is listed as the star and executive producer of the show.

According to the complaint, the show was filmed in various locations, including in the Chicago area. While in Chicago on May 22, the complaint alleges The Game “conspired with show producers to take plaintiff (Rainey) from her hotel room on an after-hours date.”

She asserts the date was not “part of the show,” but she alleges she was led to believe it was, and that “it was mandatory she go out that night with The Game.”

The Game then allegedly took her to Adrianna’s Sportsbar in Markham. According to the complaint, The Game was “out of control” and “highly intoxicated on alcohol and drugs” that night.

She alleges the rapper then “sexually assaulted (her) on several occasions that night,” including “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

She alleges his actions were done without her consent, were “uninvited and offensive,” and were commited by The Game “for his own sexual gratification and for the purposes of degrading” Rainey.

The complaint includes one count of battery against The Game. She has requested a jury trial.

Rainey is represented in the action by attorneys from the firm of Farmer, Jaffe, Weissing, Edwards, Fistos & Lehrman, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
