CHICAGO – A Louisiana company with an office in Cook County is suing a Schaumburg business seeking a refund.
Arena Football One LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court against Assurance Agency LLC a business, citing breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business due to an unpaid refund. The plaintiff holds Assurance Agency LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its written contract with the plaintiff when they refused to refund the pro-rated amount of $139,278.08.
The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for damages in the amount of $139,178.08, attorney's fees and costs, and any further relief as this court deems appropriate. It is represented by Christopher W. Niro of Niro Law Group LLC in Chicago.
