CHICAGO —  A patient is suing Loyola Medical Center and two doctors, alleging their negligence caused injuries.

Hyo C. Lee of Addison filed a lawsuit March 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against Loyola University Medical Center, Dr. Theodore Saclarides, and Dr. Dana Hayden, alleging they knowingly failed to use the degree of standard of skill and care in medical treatment and services.

According to the complaint, between April 16-Oct. 21, 2013, Lee suffered severe complications that resulted from multiple medical operations and procedures. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to perform the medical procedures in an appropriate manner and exercise due caution to prevent any complications.

Lee seeks more than $50,000, plus the costs of suit and a jury trial. He is representing himself.
