CHICAGO — A guest is suing Schaumburg property owners, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries to customers.

Beverly Wnek filed a lawsuit April 13, in Cook County Circuit Court against Indigo 80, Inc. Erkan Ozturk and Simon Property Group (Illinois) LP, alleging they threw a foreign object onto the floor causing injuries to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 29 2015, Wnek suffered injuries after falling to the ground at the Indigo 80 kiosk at the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg.
