CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate is suing Presence Villa Scalabrini N&R, Presence RHC Senior Services, Presence Villa Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Villa Scalabrini Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Presence RHC Corporation and Presence Health Network, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries in a nursing care facility.

Karen Northern, special administrator of the estate of Roberta Northern, filed a complaint on June 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Roberta Northern.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Roberta Northern sustained several medical conditions that contributed to or caused her death.
