CHICAGO — An administrator of a decased woman's estate has filed a wrongful-death suit against The Renaissance at 87th Street Inc., d/b/a Renaissance at 87th Street and Nucare Services Corp., alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries at the nursing home.

Ruby Webb, as independent administrator of the estate of Alice Hardy, filed a complaint on June 24 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Alice Hardy while she was in the facility.
