CHICAGO — A man individual is suing Evergreen Living & Rehab Center, LLC, d/b/a The Villa at Evergreen Park, a nursing care facility, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Moise Ceasar filed a complaint on June 23 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that he did not receive proper nursing home care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered from pressure ulcers, and he holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide care that would have prevented the disorder.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Terrence E. Davey of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman in Chicago.
