Law money 01

CHICAGO — A patient is suing James D' Alise, D.D.S. individually and d/b/a ACDI Oakbrook LLC, and ACDI Orland Park LLC, each a/k/a and d/b/a A Center for Dental Implants, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Eleanor Evans filed a complaint on July 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging a failure to provide a proper dental procedure.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, between 2010 and 2015, she sustained severe dental injuries resulting in great pain and requiring further dental assistance. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly leaving large gaps between implants and abutments and generally failing to perform a proper procedure on the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in a sum in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Joseph A. Bosco and David J. Aron of LaRose & Bosco, Ltd. in Chicago.
