CHICAGO — A man is suing the City of Chicago and its Human Resources Board, alleging errors in a discharge hearing.
Abd Ayesh filed a complaint on July 27 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they committed several errors regarding a hearing regarding his discharge.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in January he was wrongfully discharged from his employment. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for their alleged errors regarding the hearing for his discharge from employment.
The plaintiff seeks reinstatement, court costs and any further relief the court grants.
