CHICAGO — A woman is suing Alden Estates of Evanston Inc., alleging negligence in nursing home care.
Diana Whitmore filed a complaint on Aug. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against Alden Estates of Evanston Inc. alleging that the nursing home failed to provide her with proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in December 2015, she suffered from the development of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide proper care to her by timely assessing her individual needs.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $50,000. She is represented by Kevin P. Horan of Keating Law Offices, P.C. in Chicago.
