Employee allege Information Controls Inc. did not pay commissions

CHICAGO – A sales executive alleges a Northfield business owes him unpaid commissions.

Jerry Stein filed a complaint on Nov. 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against Information Controls Inc. alleging wage theft, unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from not being paid his commissions. The plaintiff holds Information Controls Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff his commission in a timely manner.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid commissions owed to him and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Christina Hatzidakis of Hatzidakis Law in Chicago.
