CHICAGO — A woman is demanding a man pay her at least $2.5 million, alleging he has emotionally abused, harassed and defamed her since a purported romantic involvement between the two ended several years ago.
Alexandria Garripoli filed a complaint on Nov. 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against Krisztian Boros, alleging that he has harassed her, defamed her and invaded her privacy.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she has sustained damages and emotional distress from the defendant's behavior, which included alleged defamatory internet posts.
The plaintiff seeks an order for the defendant to remove the allegedly defamatory posts, an award of compensatory damages of at least $1.5 million, punitive damages of at least $1 million and any further relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Daniel E. Massoglia of MK Law, LLC in Chicago.
