CHICAGO — A woman is suing Holy Cross Hospital Inc., alleging negligence in medical care.
Beedie C. Knight filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court against Holy Cross Hospital Inc., alleging she experienced pain from the development of pressure ulcers, which Knight alleges were the result of Holy Cross Hospital's alleged failure to provide adequate supervision to avoid the development of the ulcers.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Jaime A. Koziol and Caroleann S. Gallagher of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
