CHICAGO — A patient is suing Centegra Health Systems, North Shore Oncology-Hematology Associates Ltd. and Jerry Liu, M.D., alleging negligence in medical care.
Robert Olszewski filed a complaint on Dec. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging he suffered physical injuries from the defendants' alleged failure to provide timely diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to take appropriate steps after a 2014 CT scan.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. He is represented by Alexander M. Sukhman of Sukhman Yagoda in Chicago.
