CHICAGO — A man is suing the owners of two Chicago bars, saying they should be held responsible after a manager at one of the bars allegedly attacked him, confined him in a car and threatened him at gunpoint  for undisclosed reasons.

Wayne Heusel filed a complaint on Feb. 15 in the Cook County Circuit Court against two men; TC Pub Inc., and related entities; and Racks LLC, alleging the manager of a TC Pub location attacked him.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in the early morning hours of Dec. 4, 2016, the manager struck him on the head multiple times, then allegedly confined him inside a vehicle, threatened him and pointed a gun at him.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs. He is represented by Abraham T. Matthew of Matthew & Drnovsek Law in Chicago.
