CHICAGO — A Wisconsin company is suing CDH-Delnor Health System, citing an alleged breach of contract.
Healthfuse LLC filed a lawsuit on March 9 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois alleging CDH-Delnor refused to pay the plaintiff for revenue cycle vendor services.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Healthfuse LLC sustained financial damages when the defendant allegedly failed to pay the total gainshare owed.
The plaintiff seeks damages in an amount not less than $2.2 million, plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Steven G. Carlson of Von Briesen & Roper S.C. in Milwaukee.
