CHICAGO — A patient is suing Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, and Francisco Quinteros M.D., claiming negligence.
Crystal Credit filed a complaint on May 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging she was injured during surgery performed by Quinteros. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to make the necessary preparations to make an incision during surgery, and she suffered internal injuries as a result.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Bridget Duignan of Latherow & Duignan in Chicago.
