CHICAGO — An individual is suing Jolanta Zakrezewska D.D.S., claiming the dentist caused injury while giving him dental implants.
Bronislaw Lukasik filed a complaint on May 25 in Cook County Circuit Court against Zakrezewska alleging she failed to provide proper dental care to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Zakrezewska failed to properly place the implants in the plaintiff's mouth.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Corey A. Benjamin of Benjamin and Shapiro Ltd. in Chicago.
