CHICAGO — A consumer has filed a class action lawsuit against Dynamic Recovery Solutions LLC and Crown Asset Management LLC, for alleged misrepresentation in debt collection.
Judith L. Teifeld filed a complaint on May 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendants sent her and others collection letters containing false representations of debts owed.
The plaintiff seeks statutory damages, actual damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Daniel A. Edelman, Cathleen M. Combs, James O. Latturner and Cassandra P. Miller of Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin LLC in Chicago.
