CHICAGO — A Colorado marijuana dispensary is suing ChargePass, Vouchera LLC, Potential LLC and THC Merchant Services LLC for alleged breach of contract and fraud.
Compassionate Pain Management LLC, which does business as Ajoya, filed a complaint on June 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants owe it approximately $134,000 in delayed credit card payments, unauthorized chargebacks to customers and unreturned proceeds that the plaintiff argues it is entitle to.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $134,333 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Timothy A. Hudson of Tabet DiVito & Rothstein LLC in Chicago.
