CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Jonathan W. Wong and Renovo Endodontics Studio for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Artmiss Nazari filed a complaint on July 31 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to properly place an implant on his missing upper right molar.
The plaintiff seeks actual damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Ehsan Eftekhari of Eftekhari Law Offices in Evanston.
