CHICAGO — A patient's family is suing Warren Barr South Loop for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent the patient from developing pressure ulcers.
Sujaca Bingham, power of attorney for Rene Bingham, filed a complaint on Aug. 10 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant failed to adequately supervise Rene Bingham to prevent the development of pressure ulcers.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Jason Kellerman of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
