CHICAGO — A company is suing CTX Transport Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
On a Roll Trucking Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendant failed to deliver its load to the plaintiff in acceptable and undamaged conditions, as per an agreement.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $156,110, plus interest and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jay D. Lewis of On a Roll Trucking in Chicago.
