CHICAGO — A frequent filer of patent infringement litigation is suing Wahl Clipper Corporation for alleged patent infringement.

Internet Media Interactive Corp. filed a complaint on Aug. 3 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendant used an Internet technology which provides automatic access to pre-selected locations through its websites, which allegedly infringed on the plaintiff's patent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Timothy J. Haller of Haller Law PLLC in Chicago.

The plaintiff and the Haller firm have worked together on at least 14 such patent infringement cases against a range of manufacturers and retailers, among others, in Chicago federal court in 2016 and 2017.
