CHICAGO — A company is suing VIS L.L.C. for alleged breach of contract.
Scanwell Logistics (CHI) Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 2 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging the defendant failed to settle its debts with the plaintiff and did not pay for services rendered stemming from a hardware shipment from Asia to the U.S.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for $119,059.48, plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by the Law Offices of Howard Prossnitz in Oak Park.
