CHICAGO — A man is suing Zachary T. Liberman for alleged defamation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he sustained damages to his organization and reputation when the defendant allegedly falsely claimed he had committed a criminal act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages that exceed $75,000, and punitive damages that exceed $150,000.
