CHICAGO — A woman is suing Evil Olive, Christian Dior Perfumes LLC and Strategic Marketing Group LLC for alleged negligence.
Erica Robinson filed a complaint on April 11 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging she was on the defendants’ premises on April 28 when she allegedly was hit with a glass bottle that allegedly was thrown by one of the defendants’ employees.
As a result, the plaintiff claims she sustained injuries and suffered medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in a sum greater than $50,000. She is represented by Thomas Law in Chicago.
