CHICAGO – A surviving relative of a former resident of the Norridge Gardens nursing facility alleges it failed to prevent him from falling.
Gus Spiropoulos, as independent administrator of the estate of George Spiropoulos, filed a complaint on Oct. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court against Norridge Gardens; Premier Healthcare Management; and two nurses, alleging, while a patient in the defendants' care between Oct. 18, 2016, and Feb. 2, 2017, George Spiropoulos fell three times and was injured.
The plaintiff seeks judgment of more than $50,000. He is represented by Susan L. Novosad of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
