Alice Morgan, individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, has filed a lawsuit against Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The case, with ID 1:24-cv-03544, was filed on May 1st, 2024.

She also seeks unpaid wages, overtime wages, liquidated damages and related penalties under Illinois Wage-and-Hour Laws for those who worked in Illinois within the last ten years.
