A Cook County woman filed suit against a municipal authority for alleged wrongful death in a 2014 incident. Lois Trask of Chicago brought a complaint May 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against Chicago Transit Authority alleging negligence in a May 2014 accident. According to the filing, the plaintiff was a passenger on a CTA transit bus in Chicago on May 26, 2014.
