CHICAGO -- A man terminated in the early days of his employment is suing his former company for allegedly having no cause to do so. Brian Brandt filed a complaint on June 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against AON Corp. and Velocity Talent Inc. On Dec. 11, 2014, AON hired Brandt, delivering to him "Guidelines Regarding Ethical Conduct" and a "Non-Solicitation Agreement." -
