Quality Maintenance Inc. named in slip and fall lawsuit

Mulholland

Richard Woody filed suit in the Cook Co. Circuit Court on Oct. 18, naming Quality Maintenance Systems Inc. as the defendant.

Woody is suing over personal injuries allegedly suffered when he slipped and fell at an office building which is either owned or controlled by Quality Maintenance.

According to Woody, he was in the lobby of a building located at 6900 Veterans Blvd. in the Village of Burr Ridge, when he slipped and fell. Woody claims Quality Maintenance was negligent in allowing the floor to become too slippery and unsafe. Woody now seeks to hold Quality Maintenance liable for his injuries.

Woody is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. He is being represented by Toby P. Mulholland of Rubens and Kress.
