A worker is suing after he fell and injured himself while working at a construction site.

Tim Forester filed a lawsuit Oct. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against Pulte Home Corp. and Carpenter Contractors of America Inc., doing business as R&D Thiel, citing negligence.

According to the complaint on Oct. 27, 2011, the defendants owned and/or were in charge of the construction of residential homes located at the intersection of Route 30 and Wolf's Crossing in the village of Oswego. Forester says that on the day he was on the premises doing work for CCA Midwest Inc., he fell and was injured  due to alleged negligence of the defendants at the construction site.

Forester is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limit. He is being represented in the case by attorney Mark C. Murnane of O'Connor & Nakos Ltd.
